Whether you have been dreaming of this day since you were young or have just started planning, Stephanie Day Events and Travel can ensure your wedding day is exactly as you always imagined. We can provide assistance throughout all phases of planning or support on the big day. We can be the advisor, fairy god-mother, bestie and drill sergeant when you need it! Stephanie Day Events and Travel will customize services to meet your specific needs including offering etiquette assistance, vendor recommendations and décor suggestions. It is our goal and priority to ensure that your taste, your vision and your expectations are carried out.

With all levels of planning and coordination, the actual fee is determined on an event-by-event basis. After the initial consultation, a proposal for services and fee will be presented and will not change unless the client wishes to upgrade their services during the planning process. The fee quoted is based on the level and scope of services requested, the location of the event, the amount of setup required and any special needs of the client.

WEDDING PACKAGES
Ultimate Dreams Planning Package
The Ultimate Dreams package is for the client who would prefer to share their ideas and preferences with us and permits us to work with you every step of the way to plan your day. Stephanie Day Events and Travel will develop a budget, research, interview and present select vendors, manage the time line and direct the event, among many other details. From our first consultation until the last guest has left, Stephanie Day Events and Travel will be with you every step of the way from planning, the rehearsal and wedding day. This package can be booked up to 2 years from the wedding date.

Planning Package
Do you need help getting started or with only certain aspects of planning? Need décor or theme ideas? Do you need help researching vendors or reviewing contracts? Do you know where to find that perfect guest favor? The list goes on…..
Ease your stress and let Stephanie Day Events and Travel assist you in the areas you need most. The Sweet Dreams package gives you a helping hand planning the detailed aspects of the event of your choice. Whether it’s logistics, recommendations on a unique reception venue or etiquette questions, we can provide the research, options and suggestions to save you time, money and effort. Then, Stephanie Day Events and Travel will also be behind the scenes on the day of your event with all the services included in the Day Dreams package below. This package can be booked up to 18 months from the wedding date.
Day Dreams Event Management Package
If you enjoy the planning but need assistance during the rehearsal, wedding and reception, this is the package for you. We serve as a resource and advisor for all your wedding-related questions during the planning process, not just show up on the wedding day and hope that the plans are in place! We will help you develop an event timeline, review vendor contracts and manage all the rehearsal and “day-of” details up to 9 months from the wedding day. While this package is a coordination package, we offer many more services to ensure all the details are covered so you are not faced with any last-minute unwanted surprises.
Unless you hire us a month from your wedding day, we want to work with you longer to know your preferences and style and be the resource you need for all aspects of planning.
