Since each event is different, Stephanie Day Events and Travel will collaborate with the client to achieve the expected vision, within budget requirements and determine the specific services needed. 

 

 With all levels of planning and coordination, the actual fee is determined on an event-by-event basis.  After the initial consultation, a proposal for services and fee will be presented.  The fee quoted is based on a number of factors including the level and scope of services requested, the location of the event, the number of guests expected, the amount of setup required and any special needs of the client.
